Mackenzie Allen Philips’ youngest daughter, Missy, has been abducted during a family vacation and evidence that she may have been brutally murdered is found in an abandoned shack deep in the Oregon wilderness. Four years later in the midst of his Great Sadness, Mack receives a suspicious note, apparently from God, inviting him back to that shack for a weekend. Against his better judgment he arrives at the shack on a wintry afternoon and walks back into his darkest nightmare. What he finds there will change Mack’s world forever. In a world where religion seems to grow increasingly irrelevant The Shack wrestles with the timeless question, Where is God in a world so filled with unspeakable pain? The answers Mack gets will astound you and perhaps transform you as much as it did him.

  1. Hi terrific blog! Does running a blog such as this requir a great deal of work?
I have no understanding of computer programming
however I had been hoping to start my own blog
in the near future. Anyway, should you have
aany ideas or tips for new blog owners please share. I know this
iss off subject nevertheless I simply needed to ask. Thank you!

    1. First, you should have a passion for what topic/s you want to write about. It requires a lot of time. You should write about stuff that will get impact positively on those that will follow you or visit your blog.I will also suggest that whatever theme you’re going to use,try and choose the one that will allow at least comments, that way you will get to know what other think of your blog and they might even give you suggestions and ideas to improve upon it. All you have to do is have time to go through your comments and reply those that needs to be replied and take pick the good ideas or suggestions that you may get out of many. More importantly don’t follow the crowd. When you don’t feel like writing, give yourself time for a day or two or some hours so get back into the mood again.
